I am a counseling psychologist (Ph.D. from University of Missouri - Kansas City) with a specialty in vocational and career psychology. I grew up in the US, but live in Jerusalem, Israel with my family. I was a long-time chief psychologist of the Israel National Employment Service, supervising counselors and examiners for job placement, retraining, and work adjustment at all ages. I have taught and trained psychologists and counselors at several US and Israeli universities and have published widely in academic journals. Critical for this book, I have studied and taught Bible in various formal and informal frameworks. I have edited Israel's career development e-journal in Hebrew for over a decade, "People at Work." Much of my work these days is focused on freelance academic editing for international journals in psychology and the social sciences.
