Dr. Dana R. Jones-Meggett is a devoted wife, mother, and advocate for her adult son, who is on the autism spectrum. She is a human services-board certified practitioner and a certified autism specialist with nearly three decades of personal and professional experience working in the autism and human services arena at the state and local government levels. Dr. Jones-Meggett is a published author in nonfiction, children, and poetry books. She is a retired US Air Force officer who served honorably for over two decades and earned numerous awards and decorations.
