David Navarria is a co-founder of the CCPC Organization, which began as a partnership in the early 2000s and was incorporated in 2007. The publishing company pioneered in providing services to help authors publish their books. Services included ghostwriting, book cover design, book formatting, proofreading, and editorial services, and they extended to acquiring copyrights and ISBNs and assistance in designing and promoting websites. CCPC Organization no longer accepts new clientele and maintains limited services.

Before the formation of the CCPC Organization, David Navarria, an award-winning graphic designer, utilized his formal college writing education to create media advertisements in newspapers, magazines, high-end brochures, and television commercials. He was among the first graphic designers to use computers professionally for graphic design in New York City. He later became one of the earliest website designers. His publishing experience goes back to 1987, before the development of online publishing. David Navarria now devotes his time to writing.
