Glenn Rockowitz is an author, comedian, voice artist, former TV writer and four-time cancer survivor. He is the founder of Best Medicine, a nonprofit organization that provides comedy performances to homebound cancer and AIDS patients, as well as the founder of Change It Back, an Adolescent & Young Adult cancer coalition designed to improve treatment standards for AYA patients.
His breakout memoir Rodeo in Joliet became a national bestseller shortly after its release and was subsequently optioned to become a major motion picture. His writing is featured frequently on the Huffington Post and he has recently appeared on the Moth, NPR, NBC and numerous syndicated radio programs.
