Hussin Alkeder was born in Damascus, Syria. He grew up in the narrow allies of Al-Shagoor street and attended its old primary school. For twenty three years he lived in Damascus before he moved to Dubai and spent eight years absorbing the multicultural lifestyle in the city's luxuries corners. Afterwards, he moved to Asia to test the far eastern cultures in Shanghai, China. The Daughter of Patience is his first published fiction novel. The Victorious Blood is his first non fiction novel.
