"Jacqueline Vollat is a new author and illustrator of children's books. She grew up in Memphis, TN where her love for poetry and art started at an early age. She now resides in Cincinnati, OH with her husband and two beautiful children, who help keep her imagination alive. When she's not creating books, she can be found painting, capturing photos, having dance parties with her kids. (Oh, and working full time, too.) “An Animal’s Day Off” is Jacqueline’s first children’s book, but she hopes to write many more. "
