Janet Crandell Burtt iis a longtime resident of Charleston, South Carolina wiith a love of the "Holy City" and all it's charm. She graduated from James Island High School in 1965. She attended the College of Charleston and Tricounty Tech where she gained her EMT and LPN diplomas. She attended TriCounty Tech in Pendleton, South Carolina where she received an Associates Degree in Nursing and passing State Boards in June 2002, to obtain her Registered Nurse certification.
After a twenty-seven year career in Nursing she retired to persue other interests. She Co-chaired Her high school Reunion for their 50th Reunion in 2015 and has planned the 56th Reunion to be held in mid- August of this year. She just completed her first fictional Novel, THE PORCH and it has been published and now available at Amazon.Com
Mrs.Burtt is married and has three adult children and four grand children. All three children are successsful in their respective business and career choices. Her three grandchildren are home schooled by thier Mother and the oldest gradson is a lighting techican and lives in Austin Texas. Mrs. Burtts husband is also retired.
