Dr. Jim Sandras was born and raised in New Orleans where he graduated from the LSU School of Dentistry. He successfully started three dental practices—in New Orleans, on the Mississippi coast, and in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where he moved after Hurricane Katrina and now resides with his wife Cari. He has two children, Destin and Lauren, and enjoys flying, playing tennis and golf, and watching all SEC sports.
