James Johnson is a retired salesmen of 50+ years and a lifelong learner of Relationships. With a passion for people, sales, and teaching, James brings a wealth of knowledge and life experience to this collaboration. After growing up in farmland Minnesota, James has lived at the tip of Lake Superior for 30+ years with his wife (Peg) and raised two children (Lizi and Josiah) in the beauty of Duluth. Beyond writing, he enjoys reading, teaching and learning at local bible studies, traveling with friends, following Minnesota Sports, and spending time with his grandchildren. Josiah Johnson is an engineer turned business consultant and recognized data nerd. Some are suprised that Josiah's first book wasn't around data or excel reports, but driven by a shared love of relationship dynamics with his father, Josiah contributed a fresh perspective to this book, blending tradition with modern insights. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his Wife (Grethell) and Ezra and Annorah, along with golfing, woodworking and datamodeling. Together, James and Josiah have created this book as a labor of love, capturing the wisdom, humor, and curiosity that have bonded them as both family and collaborators. They hope their work brings joy, inspiration, and thought-provoking moments to readers of all ages. Their natural partnership comes from a life-long career thesis that James has been working to share, along with Josiah's passion for writing and teaching management teams on core business concepts as well as professional and personal relationships.
