Born in 1958, I spent my formative years on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, migrated through other gorgeous parts of the country, and finally settled in Southern California twenty-five years ago. While grateful for my fine formal education, I more highly prize the knowledge and wisdom I’ve continually gained through curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning. Vocationally, I explored diverse fields, never really finding my “thing,” though writing was a constant throughout. It wasn’t until COVID-19 struck that I realized a book was inside me, just waiting to get out. This is my first one. Stay tuned for others.

When I’m not playing with words or moving to music, I can most often be found communing with family and friends, immersed in the nearest body of water, or with my nose in a book.
