Marcel Victor Sahade was born in 1972 in Sydney, Australia. He attended Waverley College, Waverley, where he was nominated Captain of Debating. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney majoring in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
Upon his second year of Science, Marcel Victor Sahade enrolled with the Barristers and Solicitors Admissions Boards and applied to the Legal Qualifications Committee to proceed at an accelerated rate. His application was approved allowing him to complete his legal studies in an abridged time of 2.5 years. He was exempted from the College of Law and was admitted to practice at the NSW Bar, the youngest of his time at the age of 22; only 1.5 years after obtaining his Science degree.
Marcel Victor Sahade has studied Scholastic Metaphysics at the Centre for Thomistic Studies and makes a special study of the Summa Theologica of St Thomas Aquinas and the writings of Aristotle and G. K. Chesterton. He has remained in continual private practice as a Barrister-at-Law since 1990 practising in Criminal Law, Commercial & Equity Law and Appellate Advocacy.
