Michael Bowers is a multifaceted individual with a rich background that deeply influences his writing. With a career spanning 30 years in the United States Air Force and a current role as an Acquisition Program Manager, Michael brings a unique perspective to his writing. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, he now calls Dayton, Ohio home, where he lives with his wife, Diane. Their family includes two adult children: Justin, a business owner and personal trainer in Greer, South Carolina, and Brandon, a full-time graduate student and theater manager.

Tragically, Michael’s daughter Crystal passed away from Cystic Fibrosis in 2016, a loss that undoubtedly shapes his storytelling. His global experiences and interactions with countless individuals across different cultures and backgrounds have provided him with a wealth of material. Michael's writing reflects the complexities of life—its unexpected twists, its highs and lows, and the authentic, sometimes harsh realities.
