Rob Howard (1973-) has always called East Tennessee home. Growing up in his ancestral home area in the Cherokee National Forest on the borders of North Carolina and Georgia - he always heard stories of his family's role in the history of the region with family including John Ross, chief of the Cherokees and founder of Ross's Landing - which would grow into Chattanooga - and later founding Rossville, GA and future generations creating first carpet mills that grew into Dalton, GA.
Howard moved to Knoxville, TN in the early 1990s to attend the University of Tennessee and grew to love it so much that, following college he worked for newspapers, public relations firms and was regional marketing director for a string of colleges reaching from West Virginia into North Georgia.
After catching the real estate bug around the turn of the century, he served as both a landlord and real estate agent buying, renovating and leasing and selling 18 homes in the Knoxville area while growing a reputation as a real estate agent over the past two decades.
With "Seller Secrets" he has begun what he expects to be a string of volumes sharing knowledge and wisdom about the real estate industry and other aspects of living in and around East Tennessee.
