By day, I work in a junior and senior high school in Japan. I am the head of their public relations department, which means it's my job to find more students. I've lived in Japan since 1999. I am married and my daughter goes to school here.
By night, I try to learn. I research one new thing every day.
At school, I always tell my students that they live in an age where a simple "I don't know" is no longer a suitable answer. They have access to so much information that the answer should be, "I don't know, but I can find out." After so many years of answering my daughter's questions with, "I don't know," it hit me that I was doing exactly what I told my students not to do, so I vowed to change. Whenever I have a question, I find the answer and then I write it down so I won't forget.
I have accumulated hundreds of these questions and answers, so I thought I would put them in book form. And that is what I am doing. 125 questions you never knew you had.
I have tried many other things as well. I have made a series of children's book. And I made a cartoon about a man called Kevin. And an exercise book.
Anyway, thanks for being interested in me. I'm doing my best to grow as a person. I hope we can grow together.
