Her own consulting business focuses on trouble shooting cosmetic claims development for both ingredient suppliers and brands, as well as ghost-writing for many clients. A prolific author, speaker, and regular contributor to journals, the first edition of her book 'Help! I'm Covered in Adjectives’ - Cosmetic Claims & The Consumer has proven popular. It is now in its Second edition. Theresa is a member of several scientific associations and serves on a number of editorial review boards. She is also a consulting Scientific Editor for EuroCosmetics magazine, and a regular contributor to BeautyStreams and HPC Today.
