Uri Resnick is an Israeli diplomat and academic. He currently serves as Consul General of Israel in Saint Petersburg, after serving in numerous positions in Jerusalem and abroad. An associate of the Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Resnick teaches game theory and foreign policy planning at Hebrew University and at Reichman University. His book Dynamics of Asymmetric Territorial Conflict: the Evolution of Patience was published by Palgrave-Macmillan and his articles have appeared in numerous scholarly publications, including Cambridge University Press and International Politics. He has authored the short story “Fate’s Jest” which was published in Russian translation in the magazine Adresa.
