Vicki Papagni is a first time author of "AND THEN I MET CHARLES..." She is excited to share her novel and has been encouraged by enthusiastic feedback from her readers. She is a fan of different genres, but prefers mystery novels. She is a graduate of Stetson University, and received a Masters degree from Lesley College. She worked as a healthcare administrator for over fifteen years. She currently lives in Florida with her husband and twin daughters. Her two year old Labradoodle keeps her the busiest!
