"Cybersecurity Leadership" is a holistic approach and roadmap for leaders to ponder and to follow as they strive to build a world class organization and an effective cyber program. Most of the lessons parallel what I've done in practice while others stimulate and almost mandate a lively conversation.

Ira Victor, host of the show, read a lot of Dr. Hasib's work and is very knowledgeable about the issues himself. Ira tees up the conversation perfectly by asking where are the CEOs being fired for all the breaches that has been happening all over the place. From there the conversation just flowed.
