This book was PAW-some! My niece and I enjoyed it together, and truly loved the story! We have both a cat and a dog, so this story was even more fun for us! Zeus and Felicia are wonderful characters that each have their own personalities, voice and purpose. I recommend this book to middle grade readers who are looking for a fun escape with animals as the main characters.
I did have to remind my niece that this was a story, and that our pets do not belong outside without supervision though. She was excited to open the door and let the pets go to Etharia.
I really enjoyed this because it was engaging and fun. Talking animals is definitely not a new concept but this book is unique and entertaining in it's own way.
It's targeted towards the younger audience so this would make a fun read with kids ages 6 and up.
This a wonderful book full of adventure and a unique look into the world of pets and other animals. It is told from the perspective of a sweet and sassy cat. It's a must read for children and adults that love their pets and are intrigued and sometimes mystified by their behaviors.
Why are the pets acting the way they are? Maybe they just want to go to Ehtaria for a while.
Being an animal lover this story jumped out at me. I am so glad that it did. It has been a long day and to relax I picked out this book to read. It is such a good story of unlikely friends and how they come together to take care of each other. Regardless of their differences, they want the best for each other, to have fun, and to keep each other safe. It is such an awesome story for especially an animal lover like myself. I can see them happily playing in Ehteria, what a wonderful place to be. but loving their humans as well.
