Fifteen doctors and nurses in an ER somewhere between Heaven and Hell endure a series of bizarre situations and cases. Despite all their years of intense training, they will at times find themselves ill-prepared for what is placed before them. Some of these heroes will grow and triumph, some will find their lives changed, some will vanish. This saga is based on true events and real people, with some "modifications".
