When Alt (40, divorced, bon-vivant) meets Gnuj (20, married, lonesome) a slow fire starts to burn between them. Soon, they discover a roller-coaster of a love affair that threatens to uproot their lives as they know it. As the story progresses, the reader gets to witness the individual stories of both characters (and the many reasons and influences for their present actions) as well as the interactions that bring them ever so much closer and, at the same time, keep pushing them to edges of their beings they did not know existed.
