The story begins with Baal, summoned to Earth and forced to leave his comfortable apartment in Hell. Bound by contract, he must serve and obey a young novice named Eugene. Baal finds himself entangled in human affairs when Eugene’s temple and home are attacked and burned to the ground. The attackers wore robes of the Main Temple. Eugene vows to avenge his fallen brothers and inform the powerful ruler, Rothschild II, of a possible conspiracy. As they approach the Main Temple, the heroes face various obstacles and enemies, including mythical creatures. Baal, with his shapeshifting and magic abilities, aids them. In a dungeon, they meet Vikky, whom Eugene knows as Vikk, a boy from his temple. After escaping, they encounter Harrygene, an old warrior and paladin who left Eugene’s temple years ago. Despite his hatred for demons, Harrygene agrees to help. As the plot develops, Vikky, Rothschild II’s daughter, reveals crucial information about the conspiracy. In Chapter 8, it's discovered that she is a half-demon, complicating her relationship with Eugene and her father. The story climaxes in Rothschild's office, where the heroes confront him, only to discover that he is Satanail, a fallen angel. After a fierce battle, Satanail is defeated, but at the cost of Harryguene’s life. Eugene assumes leadership of the temple, with Vikky agreeing to assist him temporarily. The story ends with Baal returning to Hell, realizing that his time on Earth wasn’t wasted, and ready to continue collecting souls.
