Living Life without You: A Toxic-Forbidden-Love

It tells of a love torn apart by another serviceman with his lies about what happened to the protagonist in the story. They fell in love as teenagers but were torn apart by his consent and jealousy for her. To get away, he joined the military. After completing his last tour of duty, he returned home from Vietnam to begin life over but found it difficult to fit back in as everyone had changed their life. So, he decided to see if the one girl he loved was still available and found out that she had also made changes in her life. She came home to visit with her family, and she called him. They became friends but soon found out they were still in love. He tried to find work in their hometown but could not fit in with the life he had left for the military, and he found himself going back into the army and taking her along with him. He was sent back overseas shortly after they arrived in Arizona. While overseas, he almost died, but a rumor started by another told of his infidelity while overseas when he was in the overseas hospital. Soon after he returns to Arizona, his love leaves him as she believes the rumor, and he is left dumbfounded by her leaving. He lived without her for three years when she called one night, and they talked. He returns to where they both grew up and finds work and a new life until one day. At the same time, at a donut shop, she walks in, and they try to reconcile, only to be broken up by another man who was brought into the conversation one evening, just in generality. He ventures away from her without finding out the truth of their relationship, but like a fool, he tries one more time to seek her out, only to find out she has moved on and he would have to live life without her.
