The Cluttered Mind

Adult; Self-Help, Sex & Relationships, Psychology, Philosophy, Fashion; (Market)

This book is for people who are ready to look at all aspects of their lives in order to release themselves from negative feelings and bad habits and consequently, manifest a happier and healthier life. We explore how all of our experiences in life, both positive and negative, create imprints in our subconscious mind. The subconscious mind then becomes cluttered like junk drawers in our homes. We teach them tools to quiet the conscious mind and then utilize the 4Rs (Recognize, Replace, Release, and Repeat), which helps them clear out old clutter/imprints and replace with healthier actions, thoughts, and feelings. We’ll look at problems and solutions from a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual point of view, so that they can find the right balance of each in their lives. We know that the key to changing their lives, in whatever way they want to change it, lies within themselves. Our intent is to present the message in a format that is easy to understand and easy to implement in their everyday lives. The information comes from our own experience in both our personal and professional lives and we know that it works because we’ve seen it work in our lives and in our clients’ lives.
