oh.my.goodness. It's very rare for me to be unable to put a book down, but this book I could not put down until I'd read the entire thing, then re-read the last few chapters because they were so darned good!! Suspenseful, smart, rich character development and plot line-- The Stolen Twin has it all. My only complaint is that this is the author's only novel, so I'm left wanting more and I'll have to wait. I really hope she's working on her next novel already!

When someone you know professionally writes a book, you often feel compelled to buy and read it to support their efforts. That's what made me buy The Stolen Twin. But I soon discovered Michelle PW created a character that made me want to know more about her past and make sure she had a future. The character Kit is a college student who's life is darkened by a chronic, possibly terminal illness and a family mystery. The daily battle of doubt and fear is so well written, I recognized Kit in myself and people I know. The story is, for the most part, believable. I loved they way Michelle takes the pieces of a child's dreams and memories to help solve the puzzle. I hope Michelle writes another novel soon!

There is nothing better than curling up with a page-turner like this one! Love Michele's writing style, and I honestly couldn't put it down til I had finished it.
From the start, the writing itself, plot twists and surprises captured my attention and kept me totally interested throughout the entire read. And I agree with the reviewer's advice before me - be sure to read it til the end!

This is one of those you find yourself still thinking about days later, reviewing all the twists and turns in your mind, and that you'll likely want to read again to make sure you didn't miss anything.

My family consists of BIG readers - I'm so glad this came out in time to purchase as a holiday gift!
