Two reserve officers are tasked with locating the only witness able to identify the man directing terrorists attacks on U.S. soil. They travel to London, but the closer they get, the greater the opposition - and it keeps getting deadlier. Finally, they locate their target on a remote Scottish island, but their escape is threatened by an even greater danger.
